1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by letter, email, or telephone). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by us, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3. Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We recommend that you return products in their original, unopened packaging where possible to facilitate processing.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at ask@thakreonphak.world with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return instructions, including the address to which you should send the goods.
Please ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit when returned by you.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are sealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery. This may apply to certain dietary supplements where the seal has been broken. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. In such cases, we will also cover the cost of returning the defective product.
Please provide photographs of the damage or defect where possible to help us process your claim quickly.
7. Refund Processing
Once we have received the returned goods and verified that they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
